How to Install Chatdek on Wix

You need your Chatdek account and your snippet. It looks like this, with your own key in place of YOUR_KEY:

Wix may require a Premium plan on your site to use custom code.

Open your Wix dashboard, then Settings, and find Custom Code under Advanced.

Choose Add Custom Code, paste your snippet and give it a name such as Chatdek.

Apply it to All pages and set Place Code in to Body - end.

Choose Add, then publish your site. Custom code on Wix may need a Premium plan on your site.

After saving, open your website in a private window, wait a few seconds and look for the chat button. If you do not see it, clear any caching plugin or CDN cache and reload.

Then open the Install Guide in the Chatdek portal; it confirms when it can see the widget on your website.

Make sure you pasted the whole line, with nothing added inside the quotes, and that it is saved and published.

Check that a cookie or security plugin is not blocking third-party scripts, and that your domain matches the website address in your Chatdek account.
