ChatDek uses only a few cookies and browser storage entries, all needed for the website, the portal or the chat widget to work. This page lists them.

2. What we use

All of these are strictly necessary or directly requested by you, so they do not need consent under most cookie laws.
3. Analytics
chatdek.com is prepared for Google Analytics, but it is not switched on at the moment. If we switch it on, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set.
4. For businesses using the ChatDek widget
The widget runs on your website, so you are responsible for mentioning it in your own cookie or privacy notice. You can describe it as a chat service that keeps the visitor's current conversation in their browser storage so the chat can continue across pages. It does not set cookies or track visitors across other websites.
5. How to control them
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings, and block them for specific websites. If you do, the chat widget will start a new conversation, a referral discount may not be applied, and you will need to log in to the portal again.
