By accessing or using the Chatdek platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Chatdek is an AI-powered chat widget SaaS platform that allows businesses to embed intelligent chat assistants on their websites to interact with visitors and capture leads.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Each subscription is intended for one business entity.

• Plans: We offer Starter (PKR 8,000/$29), Pro (PKR 22,000/$79), and Agency (PKR 55,000/$199) tiers per month.
• Payments: Processed securely via PayFast (for PKR transactions) or Stripe (for USD transactions).
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis.
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

You agree not to use Chatdek to:

• Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content through the widget.
• Distribute spam or misleading information.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, though this is not a guarantee.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with advance notice.
• We are not liable for outages caused by third-party AI providers or external network issues.

• The Chatdek platform, code, and design are our exclusive property.
• Your business data, knowledge base content, and chat histories remain yours.
• You grant us a license to process your data strictly for the purpose of providing the service.

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Chatdek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the last month's subscription.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
