At Chatdek, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
  • The widget has NOT been activated or installed on any website.
  • No messages have been processed on your account.
  • This is your first subscription purchase (not a renewal).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if any of the following apply:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since your purchase.
  • The widget has been activated or installed on your website.
  • Messages have been sent or processed through your widget.
  • The charge is for a subscription renewal, not your first purchase.
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at admin@chatdek.com with the following details:

  • Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
  • Your account email address
  • The date of your purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • PKR refunds are processed via PayFast.
  • USD refunds are processed via Stripe.
