At Chatdek, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
- The widget has NOT been activated or installed on any website.
- No messages have been processed on your account.
- This is your first subscription purchase (not a renewal).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if any of the following apply:
- More than 48 hours have passed since your purchase.
- The widget has been activated or installed on your website.
- Messages have been sent or processed through your widget.
- The charge is for a subscription renewal, not your first purchase.
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at admin@chatdek.com with the following details:
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Your account email address
- The date of your purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
- PKR refunds are processed via PayFast.
- USD refunds are processed via Stripe.
