Choose the right onboarding path

Chatdek supports three launch routes: automated checkout via PayFast, manual local payment, and a done-for-you Setup Package.

PayFast checkout gives instant automated access. Manual payment is best for local bank transfers. Setup Package is best when the buyer wants Chatdek installed and configured for them.

What the buyer receives

After successful payment, the buyer receives their client dashboard login credentials, license key, and setup guide link via email.

The next step is logging into app.chatdek.com, copying the embed script, and adding it to your website to go live.

When Day 1 starts

The subscription period starts when the plugin is activated successfully with the issued subscription key.

From that point onward, feature access, usage sync, and plan limits are controlled through the connected Chatdek package.
