To install Chatdek on Webflow, copy your snippet from the Install Guide in the Chatdek portal and paste it in the site's custom code, in the footer. It takes about five minutes and needs no coding beyond pasting one line. Your own snippet, with your real key, is shown in the Install Guide page of the Chatdek portal. Copy it from there rather than from this page.

You need your Chatdek account and your snippet. It looks like this, with your own key in place of YOUR_KEY:

Open your Webflow project, then Site settings, then Custom code.
Paste your snippet into the Footer code box (before </body> tag) and save.
Publish the site. Custom code is applied to the published site, not the designer preview.

After saving, open your website in a private window, wait a few seconds and look for the chat button. If you do not see it, clear any caching plugin or CDN cache and reload.
Then open the Install Guide in the Chatdek portal; it confirms when it can see the widget on your website.
Make sure you pasted the whole line, with nothing added inside the quotes, and that it is saved and published.
Check that a cookie or security plugin is not blocking third-party scripts, and that your domain matches the website address in your Chatdek account.
