Use real questions
Write the question the way a customer types it: "How much is a check-up?" rather than "Pricing information".
Put the answer first
Start with the answer, then add detail. "A check-up costs $60 and takes 30 minutes. It includes..."
One idea per entry
Short, focused entries are easier for an assistant to find and quote than long pages covering many topics.
Use real numbers and dates
Prices, hours, deadlines and distances make answers useful. Add the date you last checked them.
Review what it could not answer
The most valuable list is the questions the assistant could not answer. Turn each into a new entry.
