What you set up once
You list your services with their length, add staff and locations if visitors should choose, and set opening hours, buffer time between appointments and how far ahead people can book. The assistant then only offers times that are really free.
What the visitor sees
They say they want to book, and a booking card appears. They choose a service, a day and a time, and give their name and contact details. Nothing is typed back and forth, so it is quick on a phone.
Confirmation and reminders
The visitor and your team get confirmation emails, and reminders go out before the appointment, for example a day and an hour ahead. This reduces no-shows. Customers can use a link in the email to view, move or cancel their booking.
Approval or automatic
Some businesses want every booking confirmed by a person; others want it instant. You choose. With approval, the request waits in a list for your team.
What it does not do
Chatdek takes the booking and contact details. It does not take payment, and it keeps its own booking calendar rather than reading another calendar.
