Open the Dashboard in the ChatDek portal to see your key numbers and the last 7 days of activity.

Use Analytics to look at visitors and conversations in more detail.

Search Chat History to find any conversation and read it in full.

Export chats to CSV if you want to work with the data elsewhere.

Which ChatDek plans include analytics?

Analytics is included on the Pro, Agency and Ultimate plans. Starter includes chat history but not the analytics pages.

How long does ChatDek keep my chat history?

Chat history is kept for 7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Agency and without limit on Ultimate.

Can I find a specific conversation?

Yes. Chat History is searchable, so you can find a conversation and read it in full.

Can I export my chat data?

Yes. You can export chats, leads and your knowledge base as CSV files from the portal.
