Why rows beat paragraphs
A paragraph can be misread. A row cannot: the name, the price and the currency are separate. The assistant matches the visitor's words to the row, including other names, and quotes it.
What to include
One row per item: name, other names people use, price, currency, a short note and the date it is true from. Add rows for fees, areas, packages or products.
Dates and expiry
A price can have a valid-until date. After it passes, the assistant stops using the row, so a sale price does not live on.
When there is no row
If a visitor asks for something not in the list, the assistant says it will check and, on a front-desk setup, sends you a short request and brings your answer back.
Keep it fresh
Import rows from a sheet or file and refresh them on a schedule, so the list follows your real prices.
