Mirror the layout
The launcher, message bubbles, buttons and menus should flip so the chat reads naturally. Chatdek's widget supports right-to-left layout for Arabic, Urdu and other languages.
Mixed text
Prices, phone numbers, emails and brand names are often left-to-right inside right-to-left sentences. Check that they display in the right order and do not jumble.
Forms, booking and emails
A visitor who chats in Urdu expects the booking card and the confirmation email in Urdu too. Chatdek can translate forms and booking emails for the visitor's language.
Your information in each language
The assistant can answer in the visitor's language from your information written in your main language. For key facts such as prices and policies, review a few answers with a native speaker.

Most visitors use phones. Try typing, sending and booking in the language on a small screen.
