Step 1: Create your account
Sign up, verify your email and tell the platform your website address. Chatdek offers a 7-day free trial of Agency with no card needed.

Step 2: Add your business information
Write entries for your services, prices, opening hours and policies, or upload documents such as a price list. Chatdek can also read your website pages. The chatbot answers from this information.

Step 3: Style the widget
Choose colors, logo, greeting and where the chat button sits, so it matches your brand.

Step 4: Paste the snippet
Copy your snippet and paste it once, just before the closing body tag, so it loads on every page:

Check that it works
Open your site in a private window. The chat button should appear in the corner you chose. Ask it a few of your customers' real questions, and add information for anything it could not answer.
