Welcome to ChatDek. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ChatDek website, platform, and services. By accessing or using ChatDek, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About ChatDek

ChatDek provides an AI powered conversational automation platform designed to help businesses manage customer communication, appointment booking, and operational workflows through website based conversational agents.

The platform is offered as a subscription based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.

2. Eligibility

By using ChatDek, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• You are using the service for lawful business purposes
• The information you provide during registration or setup is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account or provide information necessary for service setup.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate
• All activities conducted under your account

ChatDek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

ChatDek operates under a subscription based model.

Currently, subscriptions are processed through bank transfer payments. After payment confirmation, access to the platform will be activated.

ChatDek plans to introduce online subscription payment systems in the future to simplify billing and account management.

All subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected service plan.

5. Refund Policy

ChatDek offers a 7 day refund policy for the initial subscription purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting:

Refund requests submitted after the 7 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds may take 20 to 30 business days or longer to process depending on payment provider timelines and verification procedures.

6. Platform Setup and Integration

To configure and operate the ChatDek platform, customers may be required to provide access to certain services and systems, including but not limited to:

• Google account access for API integrations such as Google Calendar
• Website or CMS access including WordPress administrator access
• API keys or credentials required for third party integrations
• Website access for installing the ChatDek widget

This access is used solely for configuring, operating, and maintaining the ChatDek service.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use ChatDek for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam, fraudulent, or misleading communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Using the platform to distribute malicious code or harmful content
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

ChatDek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. AI Generated Responses

ChatDek uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate automated responses and process conversations.

While the platform is designed to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Businesses using ChatDek are responsible for reviewing and managing how the platform interacts with their customers.

ChatDek does not guarantee that AI generated responses will always be error free.

9. Service Availability

ChatDek strives to maintain reliable platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

• system maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• third party service failures
• network disruptions

ChatDek will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatDek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• loss of business opportunities
• lost revenue
• data loss
• service interruptions caused by third party systems

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, technology, and related materials associated with ChatDek remain the intellectual property of ChatDek unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

ChatDek reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user:

• violates these Terms and Conditions
• engages in fraudulent or abusive activity
• attempts to compromise platform security

Termination may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform or its users.

13. Changes to Terms

ChatDek may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
