At ChatDek, we are committed to providing a reliable and high value AI powered conversational automation platform for businesses. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services purchased through ChatDek.

By purchasing or subscribing to ChatDek services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Subscription Services

ChatDek operates as a subscription based SaaS platform. Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan and billing cycle.

Once a subscription is activated, customers receive full access to the ChatDek platform and its services for the duration of the billing period.

2. Payment Methods

At the moment, ChatDek subscriptions are processed through bank transfer payments.

Customers will receive payment instructions during the subscription process. Once the payment is confirmed, the subscription will be activated.

ChatDek plans to introduce online payment and automated subscription billing methods in the near future to simplify the subscription process.

3. No Free Trial

ChatDek currently does not offer a free trial.

However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a 7 day refund window from the date of the initial purchase.

4. 7 Day Refund Guarantee

Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date if they are not satisfied with the service.

Refund requests submitted after the 7 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

This refund guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase and does not apply to future renewals.

5. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Refund requests submitted after the 7 day refund period
• Partial refunds for unused time outside the refund window
• Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
• Violation of ChatDek Terms of Service
• Misuse or abuse of the platform

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

When a subscription is canceled:

• The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No future billing will occur after cancellation
• Cancellation does not automatically qualify the user for a refund unless the request is made within the 7 day refund period

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Account email address
• Proof of payment or transaction details
• A brief explanation for the refund request

8. Refund Processing Time
